Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using cytollia.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies linked from them. If you use the website or place an order for a company or another person, you confirm that you have authority to act for them.

If you do not agree, do not use the account, checkout or ordering services.

Eligibility and local requirements

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Some products may be restricted to qualified professionals or may be subject to import, possession, storage, resale or use requirements in your location.

You are responsible for checking and meeting the laws and professional requirements that apply to your purchase and intended use. Website availability or order acceptance does not confirm that a product is lawful or suitable in every market.

Product information

Cytollia aims to present product names, images, variants, pack formats, prices and available specifications clearly. Packaging, labeling, design and other details may change, and screen colors may differ from the physical item.

Review the complete product page and ask support before ordering when a specific shelf life, document, market version, storage condition or other detail is essential. Product information on the website is for purchasing reference and is not medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation or a substitute for manufacturer instructions.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. Cytollia may review product availability, quantity, destination, customer eligibility, pricing and payment before confirming fulfillment.

An order may be refused or cancelled before dispatch where reasonably necessary, including for stock unavailability, pricing or description errors, destination restrictions, suspected fraud, payment issues or unlawful activity. If Cytollia cancels an order after receiving cleared funds, the applicable amount will be returned using an available method.

A request to change or cancel an order must be made within 24 hours and before dispatch. See the Returns & Refunds Policy for details.

Prices, volume tiers and availability

Unless stated otherwise, website prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Product prices, quantity tiers, promotions and availability can change before an order is accepted. A price shown for one quantity does not apply automatically to another quantity.

Shipping, customs duties, taxes, transfer fees and other order-related costs may be charged separately. The buyer is responsible for reviewing the total and any written order confirmation before payment.

Payment

Use only the payment instructions confirmed for your order. Payment is not treated as complete until cleared funds or confirmation acceptable to Cytollia has been received. Banks and payment providers may apply their own fees, exchange rates, processing times and terms.

You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the billing and transaction information you provide is accurate.

Shipping, customs and delivery

Shipping availability and estimates depend on the products, destination and route. Delivery windows are estimates and are not guaranteed. One order may be split into separate shipments.

Unless written confirmation expressly says otherwise, the buyer is responsible for import eligibility, permits, customs clearance, duties, taxes and related charges. Cytollia is not responsible for a customs authority’s delay, refusal, seizure or destruction of a shipment except where non-excludable law provides otherwise. Returns, damage and refunds

Because many products are sealed, sterile, professional-use or temperature-sensitive, shipped orders are generally final and routine returns are not accepted. An incorrect or visibly damaged item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with the order number, packaging and clear photographs.

Do not send an item back without written authorization. Eligibility and available resolutions are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy and any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Product handling and professional use

You are responsible for inspecting delivered products promptly and following the label, package insert, manufacturer instructions and applicable storage requirements. Products marked for professional use must be handled and used only by appropriately qualified persons under the rules that apply in the relevant market.

Cytollia does not provide clinical services and is not responsible for diagnosis, product selection for a patient, administration, treatment technique or clinical outcome.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify support promptly if you believe the account has been accessed without authorization.

You must not use the website to break the law, misrepresent identity or qualifications, interfere with website security, introduce harmful code, scrape or overload the service, infringe rights, or attempt an unauthorized transaction.

Website content and intellectual property

The Cytollia name, website design and original website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names, trademarks and materials belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners. Website content may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission except where law allows.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cytollia does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, a particular delivery date, customs clearance or a result from the use of a product.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cytollia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss arising from unlawful, improper or unqualified product use. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes, severability and contact

These terms may be updated when the website, services or legal requirements change. The version posted when an order is accepted applies to that order unless mandatory law requires otherwise. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.
