Shipping policy
Cytollia ships to most countries and regions. Availability, cost, route and estimated delivery timing depend on the destination and the products in the order.
How it works
From confirmed payment to delivery
Order review and payment confirmation
Order details, destination availability and the applicable payment instructions are reviewed before fulfillment. Processing starts after payment has been confirmed.
Preparation and dispatch
Most confirmed orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. A longer preparation period may be needed for product availability checks, high-volume orders, destination restrictions or public holidays.
Tracking and transit
Tracking details are sent when the carrier or logistics route activates them. Some routes do not show movement immediately, particularly while a parcel is being transferred or cleared by customs.
Delivery and inspection
Inspect the parcel promptly after delivery. If an item is visibly damaged or incorrect, contact support within 48 hours and include clear photos of the parcel, label and affected item.
What to expect
Routes, estimates and separate parcels
Destination availability
Shipping is available to most countries and regions, but carrier coverage, product restrictions, customs rules or local requirements can make a route unavailable.
Delivery estimates
Any delivery window is an estimate, not a guarantee. Transit time can change because of customs, carrier operations, weather, holidays or events outside Cytollia’s reasonable control.
Separate shipments
Products may be fulfilled from different locations. When this happens, one order can arrive in more than one parcel and tracking may be issued separately.
Address accuracy
Buyers are responsible for providing a complete, deliverable address and contact details. Contact support immediately if a correction is needed before dispatch.
Cross-border orders
Customs, duties and local restrictions
Unless the written order confirmation expressly says otherwise, the buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, permits, documentation and customs-clearance charges in the destination country. Customs authorities may inspect, delay, refuse or seize a shipment, and these decisions are outside Cytollia’s control.
Temperature-sensitive products
Protective packaging does not create an arrival-temperature guarantee
Where a product requires temperature-aware handling, protective packaging may be used for transit. The exact temperature at delivery cannot be guaranteed because route length, weather, customs and last-mile conditions vary. Inspect the parcel promptly and follow the storage instructions on the product label or supplied documentation.
Check the route before payment
Include the destination country, postal code, product names and quantities so support can review the available shipping arrangement.
